for 90 people with Parkinson's to either the

 Mediterranean Diet for Parkinson's Programme or the 

Gut Health for Parkinson's Programme. These programmes, developed by dietitians, usually cost £100 but are now accessible without financial barriers thanks to Parkinson's UK funding.
